Here are some tips on how to deal with the dreadful Hangover.
1.Hydrate!
Is very important to drink lots of water. One of the main reason of a hangover symptoms is dehydration. Try drinking water, before, in between and after drinks.
2. Replenish Electrolytes.
Alcohol is natural diuretic, that is why you may need to pee more frequently, and with this many electrolytes are lost. To replenish them use sports drinks, coconut water or watermelon.
3. Eat
Never drink with and empty stomach. A good protein meal will help you decrease the effect of alcohol, and slow down its absorption .
4. B complex
Vitamin Bs are needed by the liver to maintain its detoxification process. So make sure you have some good quality B complex handy.
5. Help your liver
Your liver is one of the organs that suffer the most during a night of drinks. Drink some liver friendly tea after, a great option is Dandelion tea.
6. Sleep
You body needs to rest and recover, so if needed take a nap before continuing with your life activities.
